Hi, I'm Angela, and welcome to Tots of Fun. Working with children has always been my passion, and after many rewarding years as a nursery practitioner, I decided to take the exciting step of becoming a childminder. Following redundancy, I saw an opportunity to create a warm, nurturing, and home-from-home environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive while receiving the individual attention they deserve.
Throughout my career in early years childcare, I have supported children through some of the most important stages of their development. From helping little ones take their first steps and say their first words to encouraging creativity, confidence, and independence, I have loved being part of their journeys. My experience has given me a strong understanding of child development and the importance of providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for every child.
As a childminder, I am able to offer a more personal approach to childcare, tailoring activities and experiences to each child's unique interests, abilities, and needs. I believe that children learn best through play, exploration, and positive relationships, so I provide a variety of engaging activities both at home and out in the community. My goal is to help every child feel happy, secure, and valued while supporting their development and preparing them for the next stages of their learning journey.
I understand how important it is for parents to find someone they can trust with their children. Building strong partnerships with families is at the heart of everything I do, and I strive to create open communication and a supportive environment where both children and parents feel comfortable and confident.
