How long will my project take?
How long will my project take?
Every project is different it would vary on the amount of pages you would like on your website along with the amount of design that goes into the project. Be assured that the same amount of attention and care will be taken no matter how big or small the project is.
How does the design process work?
How does the design process work?
To create a design that truly reflects your business, I will start by learning about you and your company. This helps me to understand your goals, audience, and style preferences. From there, I will conduct research into your industry to develop a tailored design concept.
Once I have crafted initial ideas, I will present them to you and collaborate to shape the homepage design. Your feedback is vital, and I will continue refining the design until you are completely satisfied. I offer unlimited revisions during this stage, so you can be confident the final design will meet your expectations.
You are welcome to submit as many ideas as you like. If you would prefer to write the website content yourself rather than have me do it, that is absolutely fine— I am equally happy to take care of it for you.
After you approve the design, I will begin building your website. Please note that once the design is signed off and development starts, any further design changes may incur additional charges.
How can I pay for my project?
How can I pay for my project?
I will send you an invoice which you pay by bank transfer. When you sign up you will need to pay 50% of your project cost. The 50% balance is then due when you agree that the artwork is to your specification.
Do you use templates?
Do you use templates?
No. Every website is individually designed around your needs and requirements.
Do I need a SSL certificate on my website?
Do I need a SSL certificate on my website?
As web browsers and search engines, particularly Google, increasingly prioritize online security, it has becoming essential for websites that use forms to implement SSL certificates. In simple terms, SSL ensures that any data submitted through your site's forms is encrypted, making it far less vulnerable to interception by third parties.
I fully support this move toward a safer internet. Securing your forms not only protects your users but may also improve your site's visibility in Google search results. For ecommerce websites, having an SSL certificate is not just recommended it's critical. It builds trust with customers, safeguards payment information, and helps meet industry compliance standards.
I strongly encourage you to consider adding an SSL certificate to your website to enhance both security and credibility.
Can you show me examples of your work?
Can you show me examples of your work?
Yes. Please take a look at my proud to work with page. Every website that I create is completed to the same standard so although the packages vary in price this is down to the number of pages and the functionality on each website, rather than the actual design.

I will agree every support task with you upfront, so that you understand exactly what is involved, and where possible suggest alternative solutions, which maybe simpler and therefore more cost effective for you.
